Live Chef Cooking Demonstrations at the Market at the Fareway every hour from 12pm-4pm. The chefs are from Paris Bistro, Mica, Roller’s, and El Poquito.
12-12:30pm: Al Paris, Paris Bistro and Heirloom, Poultry
1-1:30pm: Chip Roman, Mica, Fish
2-2:30pm: Andrew Sabin, El Poquito, Vegetables
3-3:30pm: Paul Roller, Roller’s at Flying Fish, Meat
